Downtown Y Not Tri Indoor Triathlon

Your Downtown, G Pearson Ward YMCA is hosting the Downtown Y Not Tri Indoor Triathlon on Saturday Feb. 16, 2008. The race will start at 8AM and consist of 15 min of swimming, 20 minutes of biking and 20 minutes of running. Registration begins Jan 2, 2008. Deadline to register is Wed Feb. 13 at 10PM.

Strong Kids Financial Assistance Program

The YMCA is a not-for-profit charitable organization which believes no one should be denied access to memberships and programs due to an inability to pay. The YMCA provides financial assistance, over one million dollars last year, which is subsidized through the United Way of the Ozarks and the YMCA Strong Kids Financial Assistance Program, operations, and special events. Financial Assistance is available for up to 90% of program or membership cost.

Our 2008 goal is $312,750. If you would like to contribute to the program or volunteer to help collect pledges, please contact Rhoda Clark at 417.862.8962 X 159.

Ozarks Regional YMCA publishes an annual report each year providing information about budget, goals, year-end highlights at each branch within the association and donor listings.
