Child Care - Counselors in Training

(grades 9-11) The CIT program is for high school students interested in getting volunteer hours and acquiring the skills necessary to become a Summer Odyssey counselor. This program prepares individuals for the leadership and responsibility of being a counselor as well as their job search in the future. Every teen will leave this program with the skills and resume necessary to be on a career path they will love. In addition, teens will get first aid and CPR certification as well as Y mission, risk management and child abuse prevention training. We believe this program will set every teen on the path to success. Open registration begins March 1.
